I’ve been a yoga instructor for over seven years, and nothing makes me happier than guiding our members—whether it’s their very first class or they’re pros—through a practice that feels grounding and fun.
Why do I think fitness is important?
Staying active is a huge part of my life. When I’m not on the mat, you’ll usually find me doing pilates or barre, or occasionally following my trainer Joe’s program (LOL).
